For those that inherited a home and siblings are either out of state or have limited time to prepare the home for sale, we offer services to get the home picture perfect so buyers offer top dollar vs. low offer.

Interior

  • Inspections to determine state of appliances, mechanicals, roof, pests, etc. 

  • For those items requiring immediate attention, we will obtain quotes, present to the homeowner and manage the project for you. 

  • Clean out. After relatives have had an opportunity to remove personal items, momentos and valuables, we will conduct 

    • Estate Sale, as appropriate

    • Garage Sale (giveaway). 

      • We have learned the public does not purchase used furniture, home decorating items but they will take them for free. 

      • Even if they did purchase these items, they would be pennies on the dollar. It’s best to give away what you can to minimize what gets hauled away (at a charge). 

  • Home projects: new flooring, painting, repairs.

Exterior

  • Curb Appeal includes landscaping to trim back hedges, clear walkways, remove debris, mulch and plant seasonal flowers. 

  • Powerwash

Whether you sell the home as-is or move forward with preparing the home for sale, either way, you’ll have to remove the items prior to the buyer taking ownership.
